CropShop provides free, browser-based image tools, including resizing, compressing, format conversion, and upscaling, with more tools added over time. The Service requires no account or registration.

All image processing happens locally in your own browser. CropShop does not operate image-upload servers and does not receive, view, or store the images you process — your files never leave your device. Further detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted Use

You may use CropShop free of charge for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, provided you:

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• Only process images you have the legal right to use
• Use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose

5. User Content

"User Content" means any image or file you process using CropShop. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, CropShop never receives, stores, views, or has any access to your User Content at any point.

You retain full ownership of your User Content at all times. CropShop makes no claim of ownership over any image you process, and grants itself no license or rights to it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to use and process any image you submit to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The CropShop website, including its design, branding, logo, and underlying code, is the property of CropShop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the Service does not grant you any rights to CropShop's intellectual property beyond using the tools as intended for your own personal or commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Services
